Join our two year Store Support Centre Program and fast track your career in our corporate office by gaining a mix of technical, operational and leadership skills working alongside key leaders across the business. Throughout the program you will be given work with real challenges and responsibilities as we welcome your fresh ideas and innovative attitude to make Coles a little better every day.

Program Overview

The program has been designed to give you hands on experience rotating through a number of placements in a function or business area of your choice. If after one year you want to broaden your experience or are still unsure of which function your passion lies within – you’ll have the opportunity to switch to a different function for year 2!

Your career after the graduate program

At the end of your two years on the graduate program, because you’ll have spent time in various areas of the business, you’ll have the opportunity to land a role in a number of areas across Coles! Throughout your program, you’ll be connected with many people across the organisation who will help you explore what this might look like for you and help you choose a job you love!

We’ll do everything we can to support you during the two years, giving you everything you need to land the role you want, so it’s over to you to make the most of the program – to really stretch and challenge yourself!
