Our Supermarket Operations Graduate Program is a fast paced program setting you up to become a Senior Store Leader, which is just the start of your leadership journey at Coles! Beyond this role you have the potential to lead a region, market or even a state, or move into a range of roles in different business areas.
Year one of the program is all about customers and fresh food! You will spend time working as a team member and then leader in our fresh, grocery and service departments, as well as taking part in activities such as real customer listening sessions, supplier visits and much more! This is all critical in helping to understand how to deliver the best experience for our customers and driving change and success in your departments.

Year two is all about people and commercial leadership. You'll be supported in building these skills through professional training and development sessions but most importantly, through continued hands on experience. You will be leading larger teams and have responsibility for much larger departments, and will end up landing a Senior Operational Leadership position!
