Matti: Being able to speak up whatever's in your heart should be in your mouth.

Ellie: It means that I'm one person, no matter where I am, which is fantastic.

Darian: It really tweaks people's perceptions and what they can do.

Chrissy: How important it is for others to be able to see what they want to be.

Sheena: But the best part is we are on this journey together.

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) defines requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. It defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA.

The Coles Careers site is fully conformant with WCAG 2.1 level AA. Fully conformant means that the content fully conforms to the accessibility standard without any exceptions. We are currently in the process of working towards WCAG 2.2 AA standards.
