I was inspired by my first Store Manager to go after a career in Coles. I've had experiences I never thought possible, like opening new stores, care-taking stores and audiences with senior leaders in the business. I love the community spirit in the store - the fun we have as a team and our customers. Of course there's standards to maintain and budgets to meet, but we like to have some fun along the way!
