Store Manager

As part of one of the largest retailers in Australia, Coles Store Managers play a key role in being responsible for day-to-day store operations. This is a chance to make a real contribution to one of the most exciting turnarounds in global retail, as our Store Mangers play a critical role in building team knowledge and skills as well as creating a real sense of shared responsibility.

Reaching sales targets, building the business, minimising loss and developing your team are key areas of responsibility, all while delivering fantastic customer service. Supervisory experience in a retail environment is a must, along with a strong grasp of workplace safety, store operations and human resources.

Our Store Managers are strong communicators, with excellent decision-making, problem-solving and people skills. The ability to control inventory, analyse trends and identify improvements is of great importance. Experience in ordering, managing and presenting stock is also desirable. If you have these traits, as well as resilience, initiative, integrity and skills as a relationship builder, then you are just what we are looking for.
