Reaching sales targets, building the business, minimising loss and developing your team are key areas of responsibility, all while delivering fantastic customer service. Supervisory experience in a retail environment is a must, along with a strong grasp of workplace safety, store operations and human resources.
Our Store Managers are strong communicators, with excellent decision-making, problem-solving and people skills. The ability to control inventory, analyse trends and identify improvements is of great importance. Experience in ordering, managing and presenting stock is also desirable.
