Trainee Manager
Our 1st Choice Trainee Manager is an entry-level position to the 1st Choice Store management team. Trainee Managers assist the Customer Service Manager and Merchandise Manager to ensure the customer service levels and merchandise presentation standards meet 1st Choice brand expectations.
Our Trainee Managers are developed and coached in delivery of great standards and excellence in customer service and work alongside the Store Manager and Department Managers. It is a rewarding and exciting role for people interested in developing a retail career.
