Store Manager

1^st Choice Store Managers are responsible for the overall performance of their site and their team members. They are responsible for developing the team, managing the implementation of customer service standards to ensure service levels meet brand expectations; they ensure that the store team works towards the 1^st Choice values of having fun, working together and taking pride in bringing customers a great experience.
