Behavioural Interviews

  • Use the information provided in our job ad and on our website to prepare some examples to use in your interview answers.
  • Think about situations where you had to demonstrate key personal skills and make sure you can explain your active role in the situation - draw on work related examples and experiences where possible.
  • Keep your answers specific to the questions asked, but not too brief.
  • Don’t be afraid to think about your answer before answering a question.  Pause and tell the interviewer that you just need a moment to think about your response.
  • If you are feeling nervous, have a practice interview with someone you trust to calm your nerves.
