General Tips
You will be required to provide a number of documents at the Assessment Centre. Ensure that all documentation you present is of a professional standard. If you are unsure of how to write a resume ask someone to help you or do some quick research.
Remember to tell your referees that you have applied for a graduate position with Coles, and that they may receive a phone call. It is preferred that you provide the details of a recent referee.
Dress appropriately for interviews – smart business attire is ideal (no need to go out and buy a new suit!)
Ask questions along the way. Remember that this is also your chance to interview Coles, and be sure that we are the company that you wish to start your career with.
