Assessment Centre
Do some background research on Coles - what has been said about us in the news recently?
Visit at least one of our stores before the group assessment, and think about how your area of study impacts on the store environment and operation.
Be prepared to have discussions, meet new people and talk in front of small groups.
You are not competing against the other candidates; focus on team work rather than winning.
It’s what you say that counts, not how much you say.
If you generally get nervous speaking in front of others, it may be a good idea to practice your presentation skills before the assessment centre.
Ask any questions that may help you prepare for the next stage of the interview process.
