THE TEAM
The Coles property team play a significant role in driving the future strategic direction of the company. Responsible for acquiring, leasing, developing and protecting quality property assets, we are committed to delivering space growth across all retail brands of the business, ensuring that the physical aspects of property deliver the best customer experience.

We’re looking for graduates to join us in a time of continued improvement and transformation. You’ll need to be committed, adaptable and comfortable with change.

THE PROGRAM
In this two-year program, you will rotate across different areas within the property function, which could include property lease management, retail leasing, freehold acquisitions and freehold development. These rotations allow you to acquire a comprehensive understanding of the retail property industry and develop network of associates within major landlords. You will also work cross functionally across all brands within the Coles business portfolio.

Our property graduates also have the opportunity to step up and negotiate with landlords, resolve disputes and assist in future space growth negotiation and development.
