THE TEAM
A dedicated business partner, the high-performing Coles IT team are committed to delivering reliable service and innovation to consistently support our client group. We enable change with the business, focused on efficiency and user experience, both within the organisation and for Coles’ customers.

We’re looking for graduates to join us in a time of continued improvement and transformation. You’ll need to be a strategic thinker who enjoys critical analysis and have an efficient and proactive approach.

THE PROGRAM
In this two-year program, you will rotate across different business areas within the IT function. You will gain experience across numerous IT roles and have the opportunity to make a real impact in a variety of areas, including but not limited to: system administration, application support and maintenance, IT project coordination, technical analysis and functional analysis. These rotations will develop skills and techniques essential in your career in IT!

Our IT graduates also have the opportunity to work on at least one key business project, enhancing your skills and providing opportunities to build your professional networks within our organisation.
