THE TEAM
As a trusted and proactive business partner to the entire organisation, the finance function is involved in all key decisions, providing insight to optimise overall business performance. Customer focused, we support the business through financial control and stability, commercial decision support and strategic insight to drive efficiency and profitability.

We are looking to recruit and develop our finance talent for the future and therefore are seeking graduates to join our dynamic team currently based at the Store Support Centre. You will need to be committed, comfortable with change, and have an efficient and proactive approach.

THE PROGRAM
In this three-year program, you will gain experience across different areas of the Coles group through structured rotations that will build and develop your business and financial acumen, thinking and knowledge.  Upon completion of the program you will posses a diverse and thorough understanding of the business and financial disciplines across business partnering and decision support, change management and financial control.  Other key skills you will develop include root cause analysis, project management and influencing strategies – techniques that will be essential in your career in finance!

In addition to the hands-on training and development programs available to all our graduates, our innovative, passionate and energetic team of finance professionals will support you in completing your CA or CPA.
