THE TEAM
Coles Online is a rapidly expanding unit that sells groceries online and delivers them to our customers’ door. We are committed to ensuring a great customer experience both online and in person. We seek to grow sales, average order value and our customer base. A diverse business in it’s own right, this provides a unique opportunity for graduates to experience a range of different disciplines.

We’re looking for graduates to join us in a time of continued improvement and transformation. You’ll need to be organised and embrace change through an efficient and proactive approach.

THE PROGRAM
In this two-year program, you will rotate across different business groups. Each rotation will involve a different combination of development opportunities and will enable you to complete the program with a diverse and thorough understanding of the entire Coles Online business. Key rotations include operations and marketing, whilst other rotations may include: business-to-business, merchandise, customer experience, delivery or project work. Through these varied experiences you will have the opportunity to develop techniques essential to your career in business.
