When you join as a store support graduate, your focus will be on one specific function so that you gain a deep understanding of this specialist area over the two year program (three year program for Finance). Within your chosen field, you will experience four six month rotations so you learn all aspects of that specialist area of the business (Finance discipline involves three twelve month rotations).

Each year you will also spend a number of days in the heart of our business - on the shop floor.  This will help you gain a better understanding of how our businesses operate and how your function supports our stores.
