Regional Area Manager

Coles Express Regional Area Managers lead and coach large teams across multiple sites in a complex and dynamic retail environment. Our Regional Area Managers take primary responsibility for customer service initiatives, retail merchandising, profit management, expense management, stock control, and health and safety issues. They also hold accountability for security and loss prevention initiatives.

To meet the challenges of this role, our Retail Area Managers have comprehensive operational experience in retail management with experience in a multi site or multi department role. The ability to actively build and lead team members through strong interpersonal skills and effective communication techniques is essential element to this role.
