At Coles we actively encourage and support the employment of people with disabilities. We partner with Disability Works Australia to facilitate the recruitment and employment process of people with disabilities throughout all the Coles Brands.

Disability Works Australia works with potential employees by providing support throughout the recruitment process. In the first instance, Disability Works Australia will meet with the potential employee to conduct a pre-screening process. This allows Disability Works Australia to establish the level of support required by the potential employee and can result in adjustments being made in the recruitment process. This can include support during an interview for the potential employee.
When an applicant with a disability is offered a position within Coles, Disability Works Australia can provide ongoing support to both the team member and line manager, in consultation with the employment provider. This may include assistance with the induction process.
