At Coles, our bakeries provide the freshest baked goods at just the right time for our customers. We constantly strive to deliver a fresh, friendly and more convenient shopping experience.

Our bakery teams can range from 5 to 12 team members, comprising a mix of permanent and casual employees. Our full time team members work 38 hours per week on a 19-day roster over a monthly cycle, with 8-hour shifts that offer the flexibility to start between 4am and 9am each day (based on a set roster to meet store and customer needs). So whether you’d like to finish early to spend time with your family, or later so you can enjoy some extra rest in the morning, we have options to suit.
