Safety is a very important issue to Coles, as we touch the lives of so many people. We have a national health and safety management system that promotes a safe workplace for our team members, customers, contractors and visitors.
To ensure safety promotion and awareness, we provide training that empowers our team members and contractors to work safely, prevent accidents and be accountable for outcomes.
We have a Health and Wellbeing Program to promote the health of our team members and their families. The program includes areas relating to physical, social and mental wellbeing and creates awareness of health issues, provides access to information and supports our team members to improve their health and wellbeing.
